Challenge:
CS teams often rely on gut instinct to prioritize accounts. Without a structured health scoring model, at-risk customers go unnoticed until it's too late, costing ARR and expansion opportunities.
Solution:
Designed a multi-signal customer health scoring model using feature adoption, NPS, TTV, ticket volume, and engagement data across 25 simulated SaaS accounts. Quantified ARR at risk, identified at-risk customers, and visualized everything in a Power BI dashboard, enabling data-driven CSM prioritization at a glance.
